Description

Site is immediately adjacent to the south of the PRADO residential development. In the City of Coachella recently updated General Plan the Land Use Designation for this site was upgraded to General Neighborhood. The uses permitted include attached townhouses, duplex units and in general an increase in density if included in an overall site plan. Site has a new sewer line which dissects the property. Municipal water is stubbed into the north boundary of the site.
